We offer non-toxic, eco-friendly products that are safe for your furry friends on any surface we clean. If you have pets and would like us to use eco-friendly cleaning products, please make sure to request it when booking your cleaning.
No, you do not! It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just let our scheduling team know of a code, have our management team pick up a key or remotely let us access. We'll take care of everything! Our team is professional and trustworthy, so you can rest easy knowing that your home is in safe hands. If you have any specific instructions or preferences, just let us know ahead of time and we'll make sure to follow them. No, we do not require any contracts when we clean your place. We believe in providing flexible and hassle-free services to our customers. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, there is a $70 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment, it is 50% of the cleaning cost. If you cancel while the cleaner is still at your place, or we are locked out, the full cleaning cost will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
The length of a cleaning service depends on the size and condition of the home. Our standard cleaning service usually takes between 2 to 4 hours to complete. However, for larger homes or those that require deep cleaning, the service may take longer. We will provide you with an estimated time frame when you book your cleaning service, and our professional cleaners will work efficiently to ensure that your home is thoroughly cleaned in a timely manner.
We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months, but it is not required. Our Deep Clean is a comprehensive cleaning service that covers all areas of your home, including hard-to-reach places and hidden corners. The choice is yours! While we recommend a deep clean to get your started which we will maintain with regular scheduled cleanings (biweekly/monthly) you do not have to choose that route. The choice is totally yours! We understand that every home and situation is different, so we offer customizable cleaning plans to fit your needs and preferences. Whether you want a one-time deep clean or ongoing regular cleanings, we are here to help. Our team will work with you to create a plan that meets your specific needs and budget. Yes, we do offer hourly service. However, there are some restrictions and minimum requirements for this service. We have a minimum of 4 hours when booking hourly services. This is generally reserved for very large homes or homes where we are only doing a couple of rooms or homes with a lot of clutter, dirt or organizing. Please note that there is no guarantee on our hourly service and we do not offer any reclean options. At Blooming Cleaning Service, we aim to make the payment process as hassle-free as possible for our clients. Our cleaners do not carry cash, nor accept payment. We charge for our services at the end of each cleaning session, and payment is due immediately upon completion of the job. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, Zelle and Venmo. We understand that our clients have busy schedules, which is why we make sure to schedule our cleaning appointments at mutually convenient times. We also provide flexible payment options to accommodate your needs. Yes, we are! To obtain proof of insurance, you can email us at bloomingcleaning1111@gmail.com and we'll send you our current documentation.
While we offer comprehensive cleaning services, there are a few things we cannot clean. We will not resurface, wax, or refinish floors, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. Additionally, we cannot clean second-story exterior windows, mold, biohazards, pet waste, or insect or rodent problems. For these types of cleaning needs, we are happy to recommend a trusted certified partner.
